Product Info and Shipping
Bago Studio aims to keep most products in stock but as we are a small designer-made business, some items are made to order as such there may be a few days delay in shipping your order, especially over busy periods. If you have any queries about delivery times, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Bago Studio currently ships throughout Australia via registered Australian Express Post. International orders are sent via Australian Post International Air Mail with a pack and track service. These services include tracking but do not include insurance. As such any items lost or damaged in the post cannot be covered by Bago Studio.
- Australian orders shipping is $12
- National orders are shipped via Australia Express Registered Post service.
Delivery to Australian locations is next day delivery within the Express Post delivery network. (this may range from 1-3 business days depending on location)
- International orders shipping depends on location and weight. See shopping cart for total
International orders are shipped via Australia Post, International Air Mail with a pack and track service.
- Delivery to international locations is expected to be between 5-14 days
- The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the parcel
We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on online orders within 14 days of delivery provided the invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are unworn in the original condition.
All garments are subject to inspection and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of exchange.
Please notify email@example.com of your intention to return/exchange items within 14 days of delivery. You will be allocated with a return authorisation number, which should be included with your return.
Bago Studio aims to create the highest quality products for our customers, and thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery. However in the unlikely event your items are faulty, Bago Studio will replace them. If there is no suitable replacement we can offer you a refund.
There is no exchange or refund on custom orders or sale items.
